Medicare Rebates
You may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for your appointment. Your doctor (GP, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician) may write you a referral under a treatment plan outlined below.
Currently there are 3 different referral plans that are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate:
- Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
- Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDP)
- Chronic Disease Management (CDM) PlanPlease take the time to read through the details of each plan if you wish to take advantage of receiving these rebates.
Please note we do not currently see clients that are claiming under an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan.
The practice management software we use allows us to easily process your Medicare rebate following your appointment for your convenience.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as medical emergencies, sudden illness, bereavement, or other situations beyond your control. If you feel you may be unwell, it is better to reschedule than risk incurring a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will assess each case individually and may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. -
